  • We have a 3 day cancellation policy, to cancel or change your reservation days please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival date, otherwise you will be charged for one night stay plus tax.

    HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Holiday reservations require a seven (7) day advance notice to cancel reservations. If cancellation is received after the seven (7) days, guest will be charged for the first nights stay.

    Late check-ins need to make arrangements with Innkeeper prior to arrival. Office hours 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Same day reservations after 8:00PM local hotel time will not be honored.

  • The Wharf Master’s Inn does not take a deposit on standard bookings.

    However, a deposit is required for holiday bookings. All major holidays require a deposit equaling the first night’s stay. The remaining balance shall be due upon check-in.

  • Check-In is at 3PM.

    Check-Out is at 11AM.

  • Yes!

    Dogs or cats that weigh 30lbs or less are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. There is a $35/day per pet fee.

    Pet Friendly room must be booked in advance if bringing a pet.

    Service dogs are welcome with the appropriate paperwork.

  • Yes, they can be purchased for any $ amount. Certificates do not expire.

  • We have ground-level accessibility rooms. Please note that we unfortunately do not have elevators.

  • We have one parking spot per room. Trucks and large SUVs are asked to park in our lower lot as the upper lot has smaller spaces that fit compact and standard sized vehicles.

  • No, we do not allow open flames for either cooking or candles on property. Microwaves are available in the room for your convenience.

  • No. East Lake Suite & ADA Queen have no stairs.

  • Early Check-In is subject to availability. Please call after 12 noon on the day of arrival to inquire.

  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the Courtyard. Please do not smoke in the rooms or on the balconies.

  • In our lobby, you are welcome to browse our DVD collection and select movies to watch in your room. We also have various board games such as Scrabble, Jenga, Connect Four, Playing Cards, UNO, and Battleship.

  • All rooms are rated as double occupancy, meaning two guests per room maximum,. The exceptions are the rooms that have both a Queen bed and Twin bed which are rated at a maximum of 3 guests.

    Cot are not allowed in the Spectacular Lookout King Suites.

    We charge $25/night per additional guest beyond max occupancy.

  • Even though we are not responsible for lost or items left behind, we hold items for 60 days, unless notified by guest.

  • Yes!

    The EV rate is $15/night

  • Currently, we do a light continental: yogurt, danishes, breakfast bars, oatmeal, coffee & tea.

    Coming soon, The Wave Lounge will open for hot breakfast choices that you can pre-order at check-in.

  • Currently, we are doing a menu of appetizers and entrees for room service from 3pm to 7pm.

  • We have in-room massage (Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance)
